The mini skein advent was so popular in 2024, I have decided to keep the same format for 2025, but instead of starting it in April it will start January 2025.This year the advent will again be mailed during the year instead of arriving in one parcel to open on 1st December, or you can save them and begin opening them on 1st December. The advent will be mailed in 4 parcels, January, followed by April, July and lastly November. By receiving your yarns throughout 2025 your finished item will be ready to wear on Christmas day.
This year's theme is A Year in story and song, based on the book by Lia Leendertz , It isn't published in hardback until July 2025 but i've been reading it on Kindle and i am really enjoying it.While reading it my mind kept wandering to yarn colours i am looking forward to dyeing the mini skeins for this advent.

Each box will contain 3 x 20g /85m individually numbered packages containing super wash merino/nylon fingering weight yarn plus 3 numbered packages containing gifts to open .If you purchase all 4 boxes you will have a total of 240g of yarn enough for a shawl, or a project of your choice. The first box will also include a 100g 425m skein of natural yarn. I won't be designing a pattern this year but i am happy to include some patterns from previous years and possibly some from Ravelry if you would like them
Each year it has been lovely to see the projects you all knit or crochet with the advent yarn and i hope this year you enjoy it as much as previous years.
