Rosies advent calendar is returning for its 9th year but in a different format. This year the advent will be mailed during the year instead of arriving in one parcel to open on 1st December, or of course you can choose to begin opening them on 1st December instead of each month.The advent will be mailed in 4 parcels, beginning in April, followed by June, September and lastly November. By receiving your yarns throughout 2024 your finished items will be ready to wear on Christmas day.This years theme is 'The Magic faraway tree'  I have just finished reading this to my Granddaughter we were both sad when it finished but  i am looking forward to dyeing  the mini skeins for this advent.

Each box will contain 3x 20g /85m individually numbered packages containing super wash merino/nylon fingering weight yarn plus as usual some gifts to open .If you purchase all 4 boxes you will have a total of 240g of yarn enough for a shawl, or a project of your choice.  I wont be designing a pattern this year but i am happy to include some patterns from previous years and possibly some from Ravelry if you would like them ?

Each year it has been lovely to see the projects you all knit or crochet with the advent yarn and i hope this year you enjoy it as much as previous years.
