Items on the website are in stock for immediate dispatch, unless otherwise stated

Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of your order if not before except mystery boxes ( please see listings for delivery dates) and all orders are sent 1^st class Royal Mail. This is subject to change at busy times for example if I am away exhibiting at a yarn show or on holiday but I will give notice of this via my website.

• UK Shipping: First Class usually arrives within one to three working days
• Europe Shipping: Usually arrives within five to ten working days, however, can take longer.
• World 1 Shipping: Usually arrives within ten working days, however, can take longer.
• World 2 Shipping: Usually arrives within two to four weeks, however, can take longer.

For international orders, all parcels shipped abroad are liable for Sales Tax and/or Customs charges and payable by you and are not the responsibility of Rosiesmoments.

RETURNS

I want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied please contact me within 14 days to arrange a return, refund or an exchange.  Please note the product(s) must be unused and returned in their original packaging for a full refund.  All return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless it is my error.
